Certification Selection
Clients are responsible for selecting the correct CPR course and certification type at the time of registration (e.g., BLS, Heartsaver, K-12, Adult/Pediatric). Course descriptions are provided prior to training to assist with proper selection.
Verification at Class
Participants are encouraged to verify their required certification type before the start of class. Emphasis will be placed on confirming the correct course, especially for employer-specific or regulatory requirements.
Certification Card Issuance
Certification cards are issued based on the course selected and completed. Once a card is processed and submitted to the certifying organization, it cannot be altered or exchanged.
Incorrect Certification Card
If an incorrect certification card is issued due to miscommunication or incorrect course selection, a replacement card may be issued at the current card cost ($28). This fee covers the certifying organization’s processing and issuance fees.
Instructor Error
If the incorrect card is issued due to instructor error, the replacement card will be provided at no additional cost to the client.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certification card fees are non-refundable once submitted to the certifying organization.
